Question 1

Do you visit the property?

Accepted Answer

No. We create the video from approved existing listing photos, so there is no property visit, scheduling, or on-site shoot.

Question 2

What do I receive?

Accepted Answer

You receive one branded 9:16 vertical video and one branded 16:9 widescreen video.

Question 3

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is within 24 hours after we receive all required photos, branding, listing details, and usage authorization.

Question 4

Can I request changes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One reasonable revision is included. Revisions cover items such as text, branding, sequencing, and clear rendering issues.

Question 5

Can you use photos directly from Zillow?

Accepted Answer

The ordering agent must own the photos or have permission to use and modify them. We may use the listing link for reference, but the customer must confirm authorization for all submitted assets.

Question 6

Can I use the video on Zillow or my MLS?

Accepted Answer

Platform and MLS requirements vary. We provide standard vertical and widescreen video files, but the agent is responsible for confirming where the files may be uploaded under local platform and MLS rules.

Question 7

Does the service guarantee that the property will sell?

Accepted Answer

No. The video is a marketing asset. We do not guarantee inquiries, showings, offers, or a sale.

Question 8

Is the video AI-generated?

Accepted Answer

We use AI-assisted motion and editing tools to create the video from approved listing photos. Every deliverable is reviewed before delivery.

Question 9

Does this replace a professional property shoot?

Accepted Answer

No. Full on-location cinematography offers a different level of production. Aura is designed for agents who want a fast and affordable video asset created from the photos they already have.

Question 10

What happens after I pay?

Accepted Answer

After checkout, you will be directed to a short submission form where you provide the listing link, approved photos, logo, contact details, and brand preferences.
