This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Lux Listings, a brand of Nero AI Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use auraluxlistings.com, place an order, or receive text messages from us.

Information We Collect

• Contact information you provide (name, brokerage, email, phone).
• Form submissions, including listing details and video preferences.
• Uploaded files such as logos and listing photos, used only to produce your order.
• If you opt in to text messages: your mobile number and a record of your consent (the date and time, the consent wording shown, the page you signed up on, and your browser’s user agent and IP address).
• Basic analytics data about site usage, where analytics is enabled.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use submitted information and files solely to produce and deliver your listing video, provide customer support, and communicate about your order. If you have opted in, we also use your mobile number to send the text messages you agreed to receive. We do not sell your personal information.

Text Messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who have given express consent, as described in our SMS Terms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, who are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. All other information-sharing provisions in this policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers for payment processing (Stripe), file and order storage (Cloudflare), website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), text message delivery, and optional analytics. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Data Retention

Order details and delivered videos are retained as long as needed for support, revision requests, and business records. Uploaded photos and branding files are stored securely and automatically deleted 90 days after upload. You may request earlier deletion of your submitted files after delivery by contacting us. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to honor your choices and to demonstrate compliance with telecommunications laws.
