Scope of Service
Aura Lux Listings, a brand of Nero AI Consulting LLC ("Aura", "we"), produces branded real-estate listing videos from approved existing listing photos supplied by the customer. Each order includes one 9:16 vertical video and one 16:9 widescreen video for a single property. The service does not include property visits, photography, drone capture, or on-site filming.
Customer Asset Responsibilities & Usage Authorization
The customer is solely responsible for the photos, logos, listing details, and other materials they submit. By submitting materials, the customer confirms they own or have permission to use, modify, and submit them for video production. Aura may decline orders where authorization is unclear.
Delivery Timing
Delivery is targeted within 24 hours after all required assets are received, complete, and usable. Incomplete, low-quality, or unauthorized assets pause the delivery clock until resolved.
Revisions
One reasonable revision is included per order, covering items such as text, branding, sequencing, and clear rendering issues. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours after initial delivery. Revisions do not include replacing the full creative direction after approval. Additional revisions may require an added fee.
No Performance Guarantee
The delivered video is a marketing asset. Aura does not guarantee property inquiries, showings, offers, sale outcomes, platform acceptance, or any specific marketing result. Platform and MLS upload rules vary; the customer is responsible for confirming where the delivered files may be used.
Prohibited Content
We do not accept materials that are unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that the customer is not authorized to use. We may cancel and refund any order containing such materials.
Accuracy of Information
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information, including contact details, listing details, and on-screen text. Errors caused by inaccurate customer submissions are not production defects.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the customer receives a license to use the delivered videos for marketing the associated listing and their own agent brand. Customer-supplied materials remain the property of their respective owners. Aura retains the right to use its own production techniques, templates, and processes.
Payment
Payment is a one-time flat fee per property, collected in advance through Stripe checkout. Production begins after payment and complete asset submission.
Text Messages
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, our SMS Terms apply and form part of these Terms. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Aura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
